Box Office Policies

Thank you for choosing Jefferson Center Online Ticketing, the most convenient way to buy tickets 7 days a week. Once you complete a transaction, you are agreeing to abide by all of the following policies and procedures for online ticketing at Jefferson Center.

• Payment Methods. Online orders may be placed using VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

• All ticket sales are Final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchases made from this site. In the case of a cancelled event, patrons will receive a refund for the price of their ticket(s), not including any service fees or shipping costs.

• Ticket Returns. Tickets that will not be used may be returned to Jefferson Center Box Office as a tax deductible contribution equal to the cost of the tickets. Tickets must be turned-in at least 48 hours prior to the performance to enable resale.

• Lost or Stolen Tickets. Jefferson Center is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. All patrons have the option of holding tickets at Will Call in the box office, where they will remain secure.

• Will Call. Will Call tickets may be picked up with a proper form of ID. You may also be asked to present your order confirmation email -- please print it and have it with you to avoid delays.

Box Office Hours. Jefferson Center Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. We are also open two hours prior to performances to which we are selling tickets.

THEATER GUIDELINES
The use of cameras (with or without flash), video, or audio recordings and other electronic devices are prohibited during the performance unless otherwise specified. Please inquire at the Box Office for specific show information.

HANDICAP SEATING
Jefferson Center is access friendly with services operated in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. For patrons with hearing difficulties, lightweight headsets are available from Front-of-House staff. Handicapped seating is available in Shaftman Performance Hall in both row L and row X. If you require special seating or services please notify the Box Office well in advance of performance date.

PARKING
If you arrive early, parking is extremely convenient. Free parking, including handicapped spaces, is available in the adjacent Luck Avenue parking lot. Parking attendants are on duty before and after the performances to assist you in locating available parking and exiting the area. They also patrol the parking lots during events and alert Jefferson Center staff of any parking issues and/or problems.
